Return and Refund Policy
At Basic-Naturals, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality natural skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and must not have been used.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
